At Vlisco, we take pride in the heritage and quality of our Dutch Wax fabrics; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Log in to your Vlisco account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the fabric remains uncut and in its original fold.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed at our warehouse.
